Beep ePOS – This is a complete, comprehensive and easy to use Point of Sale System that will cater to all your needs and to be used at cash points.
Beep offers multiple templates to be used for Restaurants, Hotels, Supermarkets, and Businesses etc. The Beep ePOS can be used on any internet enabled device i.e. Ipads, Tablets, PC, Mac etc.
Important to note. By using the Beep Epos you will have the flexibility to input various discount amount per product.
The Beep Extra team has vast experience with retail companies throughout the globe and has developed it's own ePOS system based on this experience. We have made the Beep ePOS as flexible as possible to fit the business requirements of the smallest retailer to more complex enterprise level groups.

The Cash Register functionality offers multiple payment options, such as Cash, Credit Card, Beep Card Balance, etc, and is fully customisable.
Maintains stock with re-order levels as stock remaining is automatically calculated and you configure re-order levels for each product.
The Beep ePOS interface helps you manage all your products with ease. The system has access to our database so you will be able to scan / type a product barcode and the system will fill in description, price and other information you require
Secured Cloud UAC (User Account Control), to give access to a cashier, stock manager, store manager etc, or manage existing users.
A very powerful set of reports can be generated from the system. These include:

Beep Extra offers a full training schedule for 1-5 employees who will manage the system after deployment. This includes three 90 minute webinar sessions, which will cover:
- Basic management tools and administration (includes uploading products, images, documents etc)
- ePOS tutorial - Step by Step guide on how to operate the ePOS with full details
- Useful tips and additional information on how to effectively manage and expand your system, and what to look after.
After this tutorial, your staff will be fully capable of fully applying the Beep System on your outlets.

A powerful "Cloud Hosting" platform, with 3 Datacenters across the globe to ensure proper and fast delivery of your details, offers, products etc to any visitor from any location.
Backup and Data Integrity
Additionally, the 3 datacentres are in constant synchronization mode, so 3 copies of your working system are available at any given time, PLUS our additional weekly backup service to ensure you never lose data.
The 3 Data Centres are managed by a central unit that used the "Keep-Alive" technique to determine if any one of them is down for any reason (maintenance or malfunction). This will ensure that visitors will always be routed to a working Data Center to maximise uptime.
Server maintenance is not to be confused with ePOS maintenance. We include server maintenance free of charge with all our packages, to ensure you that our servers remain secure and with the latest upgrades and security patches available
Support & Maintenance
There are many elements of risk which may affect performance in all web and cloud applications, including spamming and hacking attacks. Our maintenance ensures Beep ePOS is up-to-date to defend against new threats and resolve any problems encountered in the core software product.
A support package including 3 hours per month (36 hours yearly) is included with all ePOS integrations and Beep ePOS systems. A great deal of effort is expended in development and testing of these systems and our support is available to clarify features, question, requests you may have and if necessary fix any problems with our products.
Should this support package be exceeded with the allotted hours per month, an additional charge may occur, at 35 USD per additional hour.
